- 2 cups slit bhindi (lady finger)
- 1/2 grated coconut
- 1/4 cup finely chopped corionder
- 2 cup cumin seed powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp hing(asafoedita)
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mix grated coconut, corionder, cumin, chilli , hing powder, salt and oil together.
- Stuff the lady finger with prepared stuffing.
- Put in a microwave dish and pour 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of water all over and microwave on high for about 5-10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
