Ingredients:-
  •  1 can sweetened condensed milk 
  • 1/2 cup mango pulp
  •  1/2 cup cream 
  •  5-10 almonds blanched and shredded
  •  kulfi moulds


      Instructions:-
      • Mix condensed milk, mango pulp and cream together.
      • Blend well. Add nuts.
      • Mix well and pour into moulds.
      • Freeze for about 4 hours.
      • Garnish it with nuts and serve.

      Ingredients:-


      • 1 and 3/4 cups Wheat Flour
      • 1 cup Sugar
      • 1 cup Water
      • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
      • 5 tbsp Tutti Frutti
      • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
      • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
      • 1 and 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
      • Pinch of Salt

      Instructions:-
      • Mix the flour, salt and baking soda and sieve together to ensure even mixing. 
      • Preheat the oven to 180 degree C.
      • Grease an 8" round cake pan with oil and set aside.
      • Combine the sugar, oil, water, lemon juice and vanilla in a mixing bowl and whisk until the sugar completely dissolves.
      • Add the tutti frutti and mix.
      • Add the flour in 2 bathes and gently fold the mixture until the batter shows no trace of flour. Don't overmix or overbeat.
      • Quickly pour this batter into the greased cake pan.
      • Immediately place the pan in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 degree C for 30 minutes.
      • Allow the cake to cool down for 15 minutes and then invert.
      • Let it cool down and cut into pieces.

      Ingredients:-
      • 2 cups slit bhindi (lady finger)
      • 1/2 grated coconut
      • 1/4 cup finely chopped corionder
      • 2 cup cumin seed powder
      • 1 tsp chilli powder
      • 1 tsp hing(asafoedita)
      • salt to taste
      • 1 tbsp olive oil

      Instructions:-
      • Mix grated coconut, corionder, cumin, chilli , hing powder, salt and oil together.
      • Stuff the lady finger with prepared stuffing.
      • Put in a microwave dish and pour 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of water all over and microwave on high for about 5-10 minutes.
      • Serve immediately.

      Ingredients:-
      • 1 cup Cocoa Power
      • 1 cup cream
      • 1 cup milk
      • 1 tspb hazelnut paste

      Instructions:-
      • Blend cocoa powder, cream, milk, hazelnut paste and some ice cubes.
      • Pour this into a glass and garnish it with few sliced almonds or hazelnuts.

      Ingredients:-                                                                           
      • Some Strawberry
      • Yogurt 175ml
      • 2 tbsp Honey
      • pinch of salt
      • pinch of black pepper
      • 50ml water


      How to make Strawberry Lassi:-

      • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
      • Pour in a glass.
      • Garnish it with mint leaves
      • If desired garnish it with dry fruits. Serve chilled.

      Ingredients:-
      • 1/4 cup mint leaves
      • 1/2 teaspoon salt
      • Few mint leaves for garnishing
      • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
      • 2 cups yogurt

      How to make Mint Lassi:-

      • Blend mint leaves and 2 tbsp of yogurt.
      • Now add yogurt, salt and a cup of water.
      • Blend to make a smooth drink. 
      • Pour it over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.

      List of Healthy Indian Food

      Although Indian food is highly popular, but it is also highly misunderstood. Indian food is considered highly spicy, hot and oily. But in fact, indian food has all the elements considered as balanced diet. Here is my list of healthy food:-


      Buttermilk:-
      Buttermilk actually has minimal fat and has no butter content. Buttermilk has 98 calories in 1 cup (8 fl.oz) of Buttermilk.

      Ingredients:-Milk(1 cup), Lemon juice(1 Tablespoon)
      Preparation Time:-10 minutes.
      Instructions:-1.    Fill a jar half with cream. Then place the lid  of the jar firmly.
      2.    Shake the jar back and forth so that the cream thickens and turns into whipped cream. Shake until the cream is replaced with butter and a separate liquid.

      Sambar:-
       This is a solid stew made with chickpeas, legumes, and a variety of spices. One serving consists of approx. 50 calories, 2.6gms carbohydrates, 15.0gms protein, and 1.8gms fat.

      How to make sambar:
      Ingredients:-2 cup Sambhar Dal, 1/4 kg Vegetables( Drumstick,Green Pepper,Eggplant), 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds, 2 Red chillies, 2 Green chillies, Curry leaves, a pinch Hing, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Mustard, 1/2 tsp Tamarind paste, 4 tbsp Cooking oil
      Instructions:-
      1.Wash and dice all the vegetables.
      2. Boil water and cook the dal with turmeric and salt.
      3. Separate the cooked dal and water, and keep them aside.
      4. In sambar dal water cook the vegetables..
      5. Add tamarind paste to the cooked vegetables.
      6. Now add the cooked sambar dal and simmer for a few 5 minutes
      7. Heat some oil in a pan, add mustard, then add methi, red chillies, green chillies, curry leaves, hing, turmeric, and sambhar powder and keep frying for a few minutes.
      8. Season the sambhar with the above prepared tadka.



      Rajma:-
      Rajma primarily a North Indian dish. It is made from red kidney beans in thick gravy with lots of spices and is usually served with rice and roti. One serving consists of approximately 120 calories and 5gms proteins. 
      How to make rajma curry:-
      Ingredients:-
      Rajma
      150 gms Kidney Beans (Rajma), 3 medium sized Onion, 2 large Tomato,
      2 Green chilli, 1 tblsp Ginger Paste, 1 tblsp garlic Paste, 1/2 tspn Garam masala,
      1 tsp Coriander Powder , Salt to taste

      Instructions:-
      1.     Soak the rajma overnight.
      2.     Boil in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
      3.     Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.
      4.     Cook till brown.
      5.     Add the tomatoes, green chillies and cook till pulpy.
      6.     Add coriander powder, salt and 2 cups water and boil well.
      7.     Add the rajma and cook on a low flame for about 10 minutes.

      8.     Add the garam masala and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with Rice.

      Idli:-
       Idli is a very popular South Indian dish. Idlis are a great source of Protein and carbohydrates. Idlis make a very healthy snack. It is eaten as a snack or as a breakfast. One serving contains 10.4% calories, Vitamin B3 25%, Carbohydrates 13%.
      How to make idli:
      IdliIngredients:- 2 cups Rice, 1 cup Urad Daal, 1 1/2 tblsp Salt, pinch of Baking Soda, Oil for greasing
      Instructions:-
      1.     Wash and soak the daal overnight.
      2.     Wash and drain the rice. Grind it coarsely.
      3.     Grind the daal into a smooth and forthy paste.
      4.     Mix the grinded rice and daal together into a batter.
      5.     Mix salt and set aside in a warm place for 8-9 hours or overnight for fermenting.
      6.     Idlis are ready to be cooked when the batter is well fermented.
      7.     Grease the idle holder and fill each of them with 3/4th full of batter.
      8.     Steam cook idlis on medium flame for about 10-15 minutes.
      9.     Use a knife to remove the idlis.
      10. Serve them with sambhar.
